I’ve just had my second masseter Botox appointment with Dr Susan McBride and couldn’t be happier. She’s incredibly informative, clearly explaining all the side effects, benefits, and what to expect. She’s professional, approachable, and instantly puts you at ease.
I’ve struggled with chronic jaw pain and severe bruxism since childhood, breaking countless night time retainers. After my first treatment, my night-time clenching reduced dramatically, I haven’t broken a retainer, and my jaw and facial pain has almost completely gone.

I visited Dr Suzie today for some Botox as I’m approaching my 50th birthday and I felt like I needed a refresh. I had also raised concerns about the jowls around my lower face. Dr Suzie undertook a full consultation and explained all the options and treatments available to me. I felt completely safe and confident with her. I ended up having a procedure involving a cannula, something I have always been quite scared of before, however, WOW! She certainly has magic hands, because I didn’t really feel anything! And the result was instantly amazing, I can’t quite believe it. I’m so happy I visited her today. I can’t recommend Dr Suzie enough! On my first visit I wasn’t sure what I needed and I felt a bit nervous. Dr Suzie made me feel comfortable in the first 5 seconds and it was obvious she knew her stuff! She came up with a plan I was happy with and keeping me looking natural was priority. The first step was botox and she fixed a wonky eyebrow. Next she did polynucleotides which I wasn’t sure would work as I had not heard great things about this treatment but wow what a game changer! People keep complimenting me on my skin and it’s given me a real confidence boost. I still look like me but brighter and tighter which I love!
